~*Week 4 Monday September 30th 2013*~ Nothing much interesting to say here, ate relatively healthy and went to the gym
~*Week 4 Tuesday October 1st 2013*~ Negatives: had chips Positives: went to the gym early in the morning even though I was flying out that afternoon for work. Also ate well at dinner and didn't have seconds or get dessert
~*Week 4 Wednesday October 2nd 2013*~ Negatives: Weighed in and I gained 600grams :( Really down about it as I was so close to my September goal, While I am going well exercising I need to change my eating habbits.
