Once I get my eating and other exercsie routines I will definately be checking back in :) I don't want to overload myself to begin with so once I have everything down-pack I might start doing 30mins of pilates every morning
Also highly recommend checking out the 3 fat chicks forum. Has a lot of info and support for those looking to loser weight/be healthy
